Improvements to the course rating system.

We are evolving the reviews system to make it easier for users to provide more useful feedback after completing a course.

Soon, in addition to star ratings, users will be able to select predefined reasons to better explain their evaluation. Notifications will also be introduced to remind users of pending ratings.
